Hi Dr. Levin, My daughter is five months pregnant. She does not eat as many fruits and vegetables as she should. Do you think she could drink the Triple Greens? She is taking the multi vitamins prescribed by her doctor. I don't know how much fish oil/omega 3s are in it but should she take additional fish oil? Thanks, JMac
Dear Jmac, Absolutely and absolutely!! She she should use Triple Greens and she should be taking fish oil. I like to tell my pregnant patients to take 3-4 OmegaBerry per day. It’s pharmaceutical grade, and concentrated so that your daughter and her baby receive twice the EPA and DHA that she would get from regular store bought fish oil.
