Core Exercises

     Dr. Levin demonstrates the Core Exercise routine he performs every morning to stay in shape, stay comfortable and help to avoid injury. Perform these regularly to build up your core strength, to enhance spinal function and reduce low back pain and neck pain. By enhancing spinal fitness, strength and flexibility you dramatically reduce the odds of future back and neck injuries and painful flare-ups. Perform these Core Exercises at least 3 times a week and preferably daily, to say goodbye to neck pain and back pain. ENJOY!
